Recently, Zhao Hai, deputy mayor of Foshan City, led the relevant person in charge of the municipal and district environmental protection departments to Nanhai District and Sanshui District to investigate the clean energy transformation of Taoyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Aome Aluminum Co., Ltd. After the investigation, the site of the air pollution deepening treatment of the aluminum profile industry in the city will be held in 2016.

At the meeting, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau reported the prevention and control of air pollution in the aluminum profile industry. At the end of last year, the bureau conducted a comprehensive survey on the air pollution remediation of the aluminum profile industry. It was determined that the number of rectification enterprises in this year and next year was 157. Among them, the Nanhai District had the most heavy tasks, with 94 in total, accounting for 60%. Among the 157 aluminum profile enterprises, there are 91 companies with melting and casting processes, and there are 273 casting furnaces.

In response to the current situation of large number of aluminum rebar enterprises in Nanhai District, the distribution is not concentrated, and the pipe network coverage is imperfect, Yang Huanxin, member of the Standing Committee of Nanhai District Committee and deputy head of the district, responded that since 2014, Nanhai has carried out environmental rectification of two rounds of aluminum profile industry. The bottoming work has been completed. Next, the responsible unit and the responsible person will be clarified, and the relevant enterprises will be rectified in batches.

According to the person in charge of Nanhai Gas Company, 28 of the 94 aluminum profile enterprises in Nanhai District have used gas, and 22 companies have gas pipelines at the door. If the remaining 44 companies use gas, the gas pipeline construction is expected to be 40 kilometers. To accelerate clean energy transformation

Due to the loose standard of aluminum profile industry in the past, the control of pollutants is not strict, some enterprises have extensive production methods and environmental awareness is not enough. At present, the environmental protection image of aluminum profile industry in our city still needs to be improved, and the abnormal use of environmental protection facilities has occurred from time to time.

In view of the above situation, the city will consider the deepening and rectification of the aluminum profile industry into the comprehensive reform of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The municipal government issued the “Work Plan for Deepening the Remediation of Air Pollution in the Aluminum Profile Industry of Foshan City (2016-2017)” (hereinafter referred to as “ Program").

The plan pointed out that the city will rectify 157 aluminum profile enterprises in the city to reduce air pollution emissions. During the period, the total discharge of pollutants will be strengthened; the clean energy transformation of existing facilities will be strengthened; the dust collection in the ash removal process will be strengthened; and the surface treatment and the process of acid mist and alkali mist collection will be improved.

The plan requires that the existing aluminum profile enterprises will use the clean energy such as electricity, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas as the burning facilities such as melting furnace, ash ashing machine, bar furnace, aging furnace, curing furnace and drying furnace. fuel. Before October 31 this year, 80% of the aluminum profile enterprises in the city should complete the clean energy transformation. Before June 30 next year, all aluminum profile enterprises in the city should complete the clean energy transformation.

"At present, the gas price is declining, which is a good time for clean energy transformation. It is expected that after the completion of the rectification, the city can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 3,000 tons."
